Enquiries regarding the interpretation and implementation of the banking regulation and disciplinary rules applicable to entities supervised by the Banco de España (excluding those related to market conduct, banking transparency and customer protection, accounting and financial and prudential reporting requirements). This procedure is for: Entities supervised by the Banco de España and their professional associations; persons intending to engage in activities subject to the Banco de España’s supervision and persons who can demonstrate an interest in projects, actions or applications under the remit of the Directorate General Financial Stability, Regulation and Resolution (acting on their own behalf or through financial or legal advisers) and public authorities and supervisors, both national and foreign.
