How to start the procedure

Online course

There are two ways of accessing the course:

• Through the Banco de España’s platform. You must fill in the “Contact form” in the “Contact” section to apply for the course and select the procedure called “Registration for the “Get to know the euro” online course.
• For organisations interested in managing employee training internally, the Banco de España offers the possibility of transferring the course content to make it available on your organisation’s own platform. In this case, organisations must enter into a content transfer agreement first. You can request information by filling in the contact form in the “Contact” section.

On-site or videoconference course

Targeted at retailers, the company or entity you work for should fill in the application using form "FDU-001 Application from for on-site and videoconference courses", available in the "Necessary documentation” section. Once you have filled in and validated the form, you must send it as an attachment to the default address in the automatically generated email.
